Got time for exercise, but don't know where to begin? Sworkit has you covered, with scores of exercises for strength training, cardio, yoga and stretching. Just select a workout category, choose how long you'd like to exercise, and go!

All the available programmes can be completed without any equipment, and you can create custom workouts, mixing and matching exercises to target your weak spots.
